The normal operation of the hydraulic system is an important sign of the machinery in good condition. Qualified hydraulic oil is a good guarantee for the hydraulic system, so proper maintenance is the root of the hydraulic system reliable operation.
General work environment in the hydraulic system maintenance of specific operation is as follows:

1.Choose the appropriate hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system plays a role of transfer pressure, lubrication, cooling and sealing.The inappropriate choice for hydraulic oil is the main reason of hydraulic system early malfunction and decline in durability.Different type hydraulic oil cannot be used together.If not,it will procuct chemical reaction impacting its performance.

2.Prevent solid impurities into hydraulic system

The cleaning hydraulic oil is the life of hydraulic system with a lot of precise parts.If the solid particle enters in the precision parrs,there will be a problem,such as jams,hairpin,affectiong the system normal operation.So the tools must be clean.On the other hand,it is necessary to prevent the invasion of air which is easy to make the hydraulic oil oxidation accelerating the oil deterioration,and water which can make the hydraulic components rust and oil film strength reduce accelerating the mechanical wear and tear.
There should be less rude during the process of mechanical work.Otherwise,it may procuct negtive charge,making the mechanical failure frequency,shortening its use life.So it is need to maintenance regularly.
