Concrete wet spraying machine has better comprehensive performance. It can reduce dust and springback , saving materials. It is widely used in mining, culverts, construction infrastructure.

The difference as the follow,

1、 For dry spraying machine, the water is adding at the nozzle to mixing the power. And the material of wet spraying machine is already churned, like commercial concrete.

2、 The dry spraying has a big dust making the workers easily affected silicosis. However, the wet spraying is healthier.

3、 The intensity of dry spraying machine is low, which is easy to collapse after construction, just as many report reported. The wet spray has high intensity which can guaranteed the engineering quality.

The concrete spraying system is widely used in the underground engineering,geotechnical engineering and municipal engineering.With the concrete pump and free mechanical arm as the main parts of the machine,it can spray the concrete to form the supporting layer in the tunnel by compressing the air.
