Main girder part:
1. Optimization design of main girder, featuring light self weight and reasonable structure;
2. Main girder is of box girder of H type girder, welded by steel plates;
3. Steel plate material: Q235B;
4. Vertical deflection is in accordance with national standards;
5. All steel plates reach standardization Sa2.5 after shot blasting pre-treatment;
6. Carefully check and clean steel plates before welding done by automatic welder (MIG or semi-automatic welding);
7. Do nondestructive inspection on main welding joints.
 
End girder part
1.      End girder material: 6Mn;
2.      End girder is in welding fabrication by rectangular steel tube or steel plate, then one time fixed position machining for forming end girder in numerical control machine tool to reach allowable deviation range, ensuring dimension accuracy and fit tolerance;
3.      Double flanged wheels, buffer and anti-derailment protection device are equipped for every end girder;
4.      Double girder overhead crane is set maintenance walkway along main girder at crane driving side;
5.      Main girder and end girder are connected with high strength bolts to ensure high accuracy and smooth operation.
