Crane working-level classification

Due to the use of the crane on different occasions, they have different life expectancy, job requirements, lifting load, frequency of use. They must be classified on the crane for the economic cost considerations and safe to use, in order to ensure that the results meet the design requirements.
Working-level crane is to show the extent of the crane heavy workload parameters, the size of the crane working level is determined by the two capabilities, one busy in terms of time, known as the utilization level of the crane; the second is in terms of hoists full extent, is called a load state of the crane.
1, the rating uses of cranes
Crane has a certain number of work cycles during its useful life. Duty cycle operation of the crane is lifting objects beginning from preparation to the next item of lifting process until the entire job. The total number of working cycle is divided into 10 grades in the use of its possible scope (U0-U9). U0-U3 is not often used, U4 often lightly used, U5 often moderate use, U6 busy infrequently used, U7-U9 heavy use.
2, the working-level crane
Working-level of crane use symbol A and divided into eight levels, namely A1-A8. A1-A2 level crane requires a relatively coarse, low positioning; A3-A4-level crane working time is generally 8 hours per day, for the most commonly used operating level; A5-A6 equivalent intermediate type of work, you can work 24 hours; A7-A8 equivalent heavy duty type, high safety factor; the higher the level, the higher the price of the crane.
