Bridge crane is lifting equipment which is hanged on the workshop, warehouse and yard. It is used to lift and convey materials. During the process of using bridge crane, the leakage and wear problem can occur. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, the maintenance of bridge crane is necessary. Firstly, repair the leakage. Because of the vibration, abrasion, pressure, temperature and other factors, combination surface static sealing parts of the bridge crane trolley reducer often has oil leakage phenomenon. Traditional treatment method is to remove the reducer, replace the sealing gasket or apply sealant. This method wastes time and labor; and it can not ensure the sealing effect. The leakage phenomenon can occur again during the process of running. The contemporary western countries adopt the polymer composite materials to solve the problem on the spot. Adopting the method can avoid removing the reducer; and the materials have advantages of good adhesive force, oil resistance and 350% tensile strength. Its effect is more effective than that of the traditional method.
 
Secondly, repair the wear. Because driving wheel and reducer of the bridge crane made by the bridge crane manufacturer is operated frequently; and many reversal and parking can make each shaft torque and vibration of the reducer increase. This can cause the leakage phenomenon. In order to solve the problem, traditional method is to use the machine to repair after repairing the welding or plating. These two methods have some shortcomings. The heat stress caused by high temperature of repairing welding can not be completely eliminated. Bend and crack phenomenon can occur. And above two methods are to use the metal to repair metal. The wear phenomenon will occur again under the comprehensive function of all the stress. The newest repair method is that using mainly polymer composite materials. After using the method to repair bridge crane, the thermal stress will not occur; and the repair thickness is not restricted. Polymer composite material can absorb the shock and vibration in the equipment and avoid the wear again.
